VANTAGE: Engineered for Real Drivers

Aston Martin proudly unveils the latest addition to its esteemed bloodline – the all-new Vantage. As the quintessential sports car in Aston Martin’s 74-year history, this model represents the epitome of driving pleasure and speed. Crafted for maximum thrills and confidence, the Vantage is an authentic celebration of pure performance, emphasizing the values that have captivated enthusiasts for generations.

The Vantage takes a stand for devoted followers of breathtaking power, precise handling, and the perfect equilibrium of a finely-tuned front-engine, rear-wheel-drive chassis. Following the success of the DB12 Coupe and Volante, the new Vantage reinforces Aston Martin’s commitment to the ultra-luxury, high-performance sports car market, standing alongside the brand’s leading roles in GT, SUV, hypercar segments, and world championship motorsport.

Rooted in a remarkable lineage dating back to 1950, the Vantage name has evolved, becoming synonymous with immaculate style, unmatched performance, and distinctive character. The latest iteration reflects Aston Martin’s dynamic era, showcasing prowess in the 2023 Formula One® season, dominance in international GT racing, and a front-line contender in the World Endurance Championship with the Valkyrie AMR set for the Le Mans 24 Hours race in 2025.

Aston Martin’s CEO, Amedeo Felisa, underlines the commitment to high-performance in its purest form, with class-leading power and speed. The Vantage boasts a hand-built 4.0 Twin-Turbo V8 engine, achieving unprecedented peaks of 665PS and 800Nm torque – a 30% power increase and a 15% torque increase compared to its predecessor. The engine enhancements, including modified cam profiles, optimized compression ratios, larger turbos, and improved cooling, deliver a sharper, more visceral character.

The Vantage’s performance extends to a top speed of 202mph and accelerates from 0 to 60mph in just 3.4 seconds, thanks to an 8-speed ZF automatic transmission and a Launch Control system. The new engine design necessitated upgrades to the cooling system, ensuring stable intake air temperatures in all conditions.

In terms of handling and dynamics, the Vantage features a highly evolved bonded aluminum structure, perfect 50:50 weight distribution, and advanced suspension for a definitive driving experience. The chassis enhancements include additional underbody stiffening components, a re-engineered front body cross member, and a stiffer rear, resulting in improved steering feel, handling balance, and driver feedback.

The Vantage also introduces intelligent adaptive dampers with a 500% increase in bandwidth for precise control and speed of response. The Electronic Power Assisted Steering system provides direct and uncorrupted steering inputs, enhancing the driver’s connection with the road. The Michelin Pilot Sport S 5 tires, specially tuned for the Vantage, contribute to its super-sharp response.

The braking system features 400mm front discs and 360mm rear discs, with the option of Carbon Ceramic Brakes (CCB) for increased performance and reduced unsprung mass. The Vantage’s state-of-the-art Active Vehicle Dynamics control system ensures exceptional control, agility, and a distinct dynamic character. With integrated systems like Electronic Rear Differential (E-Diff), Integrated Brake Slip Control (IBC), and Integrated Traction Control (ITC), the Vantage adapts seamlessly to different driving conditions and modes.

Externally, the Vantage showcases a redesigned front-end with a 38% larger grille aperture, emphasizing its wider and more muscular stance. The iconic side strake returns, and the rear features a wider bumper with larger exhaust tailpipes. Three core livery designs, available in 21 colors, offer additional customization options for Vantage owners.

Marek Reichman, Aston Martin Chief Creative Officer, describes the new Vantage as a game-changer, balancing instant visual impact with a slow-burn charisma that mirrors the driving experience. The interior, characterized by flawless lines and premium materials, combines sportiness with luxury. The Vantage comes standard with the Aston Martin 390w 11-speaker audio system, with an optional 15-speaker Bowers & Wilkins surround sound system. The next-generation infotainment system, featuring a 10.25” Pure Black touchscreen, is complemented by the Aston Martin app, providing connectivity and a range of subscription packages for an enriched ownership experience.

In conclusion, the Vantage, set to commence production in Q1 2024, represents the next generation of sportscars, setting a new benchmark for driving purity and offering an unrivaled experience for enthusiasts who relish the challenge of a fast sports car.
